POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES
Bayan Audio Ltd uses both DHL and Royal Mail to deliver shipments to customers. All shipment charges are based upon weight and total order value unless otherwise stated. Bayan Audio Ltd will decide on a case by case basis the best method for deliveries. Deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. All orders received after 2.00pm that day will be processed the following working day and shipped accordingly. Please allow up to 21 working days to receive orders received through via third party partner websites such as Etihad, SAS, Emirates etc. Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays (in the United Kingdom, European Union and EEA Member States) or between Christmas and the New Year as our offices may be closed during this period. Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, additional charges will be incurred to you for any additional re-deliveries. Additional deliveries may be charged at 50% of your original delivery charge. Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses as specified on your order subject to successful authorisation and payment of your order.
Bayan Audio Ltd will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse for any payment you have made with 10 working days from the date we receive the product.
CUSTOMS CHARGES – INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS EXCLUDING UK AND EU
Bayan Audio Ltd does not charge for any customs duties for International shipments.
If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Bayan Audio Ltd. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your order.
If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, a defect in the product for which we are liable or it is physically damaged due to the delivery, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. In other circumstances we will expect you to pay the costs of return. A member of the Customer Support Team will approve the return by sending you a Customer Return Authorisation Number and instruction on how to return the product to us.
You will be required to arrange for the return of product and will be advised on how best to send your package back to us and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. Where we accept that a product is faulty or you are exercising your rights to cancel under statute or as set out in our Product terms and conditions we will reimburse the price of the product together with any delivery charges which we charged for the delivery if you purchased the product directly from Bayan Audio Ltd.
You are under a duty to retain possession of the product whilst it is awaiting return to Bayan Audio Ltd and to take reasonable care of the product during this period. Bayan Audio Ltd does not accept any liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer responsibility to pack products adequately to prevent damage.
